- What if I have never done this before?
Anyone can participate in our classes, regardless of previous experience
or abilities. Don't worry that you might not be strong enough. During the
class you will be taught the skills needed. All you need to bring is your
enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
- Is it safe?
You will be in a harness the entire time you are on the trapeze and there
is always a net.
- What will I learn in my first flying trapeze class?
The class will begin with a warm up/introduction on the low trapeze bar.
There you will be shown the first position you will learn-the "knee hang".
You will then proceed up the ladder to the flying trapeze platform. During
the first part of the class you will practice the knee hang position for
execution and timing. During the second part of the class, if you are ready,
you will attempt a mid air connection, the "catch", with our catcher on the
other side of the flying trapeze rig.
- What should I wear?
Work out type clothes- tights, leggings, sweat pants if they are not too
baggy... jeans are usually too tight. We discourage shorts because the backs
of your knees will be more comfortable on the bar if your skin is not bare.
You should wear clothes in which you can move freely, yet they should not be
so loose they get in your way. If you have long hair tie it back. You can
wear socks or be barefoot, no shoes. You will have a harness around your
waist, so don't worry that your shirt will fly over your head when you are
upside down!
- How old do you have to be to take classes?
There are no age limits for any of our classes other than the Children's
classes which are age specific. For any of the other classes we offer-flying
trapeze, trampoline, fast track, Chinese Acrobatics, etc… we welcome adults
and children. Our classes are not split by age either, so adults and children
can take the same class together. It's a great thing to do as a family!!

- Can I just show up when I am ready to take a class?
We have a limited number of spots in all of our classes, so reservations are
highly recommended. We would hate to have you show up for a class that is already
full. You can call the school anytime to make your reservations, the more notice
you have, the more availability we will have. You will need a VISA or MC at the
time you make your reservation in order to hold your spot(s).
- Can I start at any time or do I have to wait for the beginning of a session?
Classes are ongoing, you can begin at any time. If you buy a discounted class
card, good for a series of classes, the validity dates of your card would begin
on the date of your first class.
- What does it cost?

- Can I take a single lesson, or do I have to sign up for a series?
You can take a single class or you can sign up for a series. If you decide
after your single class that you want to buy a discounted class card for a series
of classes, you can apply that day's class to the card and benefit from the
discount the card offers. The card has to be purchased on the same day as the class
you took to take advantage of this offer.
- If I buy a class card, can I use it for different classes?
There is a difference in cost between various classes, so cards purchased
for one class type are not transferrable to other class types.
- How high up is the trapeze?
The platform from where you swing is 25 ft. off the ground, but you are only
15ft above the level of the net.
