We stand behind everything we manufacture. Safety is our number one priority, followed by customer service. Our products are rigorously tested and are safe for aerial instruction and performance. But like any tool, our products are only reliable if used and rigged properly. Never forget the dangers of being suspended from any height without a safety system in place.

PLEASE… do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about any of the equipment we manufacture.

Use of our products is at your own risk and you are assuming all responsibility for your own safety. Buyer understands and agrees that the use of equipment purchased from Trapeze Arts may be dangerous to human safety, may result in injury or death, and present a risk of damage to property, if not used properly.  You must routinely inspect all equipment and associated hardware, rigging points, and attachments for any wear and tear which can occur after repeated use. We do not advise using equipment that is compromised in any way from its original condition, outside of normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for any mishaps, injuries or damages resulting from your use of our products. Our products are rigorously tested but are only reliable if used properly.

Defects in materials or workmanship are warranted for one year from the date of delivery. Trapeze Arts’ obligations under this warranty are limited to replacing (transportation costs at the Buyer’s expense) or repairing, at its discretion, any products which, under normal and proper use and maintenance, have proven to be defective to Trapeze Arts, in its sole discretion, within the warranty period.
